As a Concierge at our senior living community, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily experiences of our residents. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with resident inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience preferred

- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
- Manage and fulfill resident requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive resident experience
- Uphold the community's values of kindness, integrity, and respect
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

**Salary and Benefits Information:**
The salary for this position ranges from $16.50 to $19.00 per hour, based on factors such as education, experience, and certifications.
